New Student Enrollment: Account Request
This form is the first step to enrolling your new student online. Complete it to request an account that you will use to log in to a secure Online Enrollment system.
 
THIS APPLICATION IS FOR A NEW STUDENT TO LDISD.
 
IT IS NOT FOR RETURNING STUDENT PAPERWORK.
 
NOTE:  If you are an EXISTING FAMILY IN THE DISTRICT, please log into Family Access and select "New Student Online Enrollment."  If you do not currently use Family Access, please contact the campus to request your login information.
 
Parent’s who are new to LDISD, please complete the required fields below to request an account for yourself and enroll your student.  The system will create the account and send the email (if provided) to the address you have listed.  THIS ACCOUNT BELONGS TO YOU.  PLEASE USE YOUR NAME AND EMAIL ADDRESS, NOT THE STUDENT.
 
Check your SPAM folder if you do not receive an email with your information.
 
All new students who live outside the school district boundaries, must submit a transfer application first.  Transfer applications will be available starting in April through the LDISD website.
