New Student Enrollment: Account Request

This form is the first step to enrolling your new student online. Complete it to request an account that you will use to log in to a secure Online Enrollment system.
_________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Lincoln Academy (TLA) is a tuition-free public charter school in Beloit, WI. Please be sure to enter a valid email account! Your account access information will be sent to this email account. This will include your Login ID & Password to sign in to the enrollment portal. The Login ID will be the email you provide, and you will receive an email with a password generated by the system. We are accepting applications for K4, K5, 1^st, 2^nd 3^rd4^th& 6^th, 7^th, 8^th, 9^th, 10^th, 11^th grades only. Each year, we will add another grade until all grades (K4-12) are available. The system will still accept applications for grades outside the currently offered grades; however, these grades will not be available for the 2023-24 School Year.
