Complete required fields to request an account to enroll your students. You should receive an email with account/login details. CHECK YOUR SPAM/JUNK FOLDER IF YOU DON’T SEE THE EMAIL IN YOUR INBOX. The email will be addressed from Skyward/Medford Area School District. Do NOT complete this account request form if you already have a Family Access account or another child enrolled in one of our schools, In this case, enroll your new student through the primary guardian’s Family Access account. |
