Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for Skyward Family Access Accounts

To ensure the security of your Skyward Family Access Account, parents and guardians can set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

Parents that previously set up MFA and are experiencing login issues can enter a help ticket through SkywardMFAHelp@allenisd.org. Please include both parent and student names, student’s school, and request to have the Skyward MFA setting reset.

UPDATE: Scheduled Maintenance

Skyward Student Access and Family Access will be unavailable due to software maintenance between

Friday, July 17 6:00 p.m. through Sunday, July 19 6:00 p.m.

Staff, students, and parents will not be able to access student data.

Guardians enrolling students via the New Student Online Enrollment system

will be unable to do so during that timeframe.

Skyward Student Access and Family Access are scheduled to be available again at approximately 6:00 p.m. on July 19.
