This form is the first step to enrolling your new student online. Complete it to request an account that you will use to log in to a secure Online Enrollment system.

Please keep in mind that your student MUST be 5 years old on or before August 1^st of each school year to register. We MUST have a Birth Certificate for all students regardless of their age.
