Account Request

This form is the first step to enrolling your new student online. Complete it to request an account that you will use to log in to a secure system.
Please complete the required fields below to request account access to our New Student Online Account Request site. If you enter an email address, you will receive an email from Skyward upon creating this account (make sure to check your junk/spam mail folder). The email will include your login, password and link to the New Student Online Account Request site ONLY, where you will need to go to login and complete the next step for requesting access to our Family Access site. 4K parents registering in the spring: You will be done after completing the next step but you will need the Family Access login for this summer’s and future registrations. All other parents enrolling your child in Boscobel School District for the FIRST time: Complete the next step to request account access to our Family Access site and use the login information you receive in the email after submitting it to login to Family Access and complete the required Online Registration process. If you do not have an email address, check the box next to “I don’t have an email” and you will be asked to enter a username (your choice). Once you choose, “Click here to submit Account Request” a new screen will come up letting you know that the next pop-up screen will give you your login information. Click OK. You will need to write down the link to registration, and your username and password from the next screen. We can not reset your password until after you have successfully logged in the first time.
