Account Request
This form is the first step to enrolling your new student online. Complete it to request an account that you will use to log in to a secure system.
You may change the displayed language by right clicking on your screen and clicking on “Translate to español”. Welcome to the Chapel Hill ISD New Student Enrollment portal. This process is used to submit a NEW student record to the district, it is NOT intended for existing students who have already attended the district in the past.
IMPORTANT: If your child has previously attended CHISD OR if you have other students that currently attend the district, do not use this portal. Please use your Family Access account to complete Returning Student Registration. If you do not have access to your login information, please attempt to recover your login or contact your student’s campus registrar for assistance.
To proceed with a new student enrollment, please complete the required fields below to request an account to enroll your students. Items with an asterisk (*) are required. If you don’t have an email account, click "I don't have an email" and then enter a login name. When you submit the request, you will get a popup window with further instructions, including the login password, on how to begin the application.
