This form is the first step to enrolling your new student online. Complete it to request an account that you will use to log in to a secure Online Enrollment system.
TO ENROLL IN CURRENT SCHOOL YEAR – 2025-2026 Your child(ren) will be enrolling and attending school the remainder of this school year - last day of school 6/3/26. Thank you for your interest in enrolling with Fairmont Area School. Please complete required fields to request an account to enroll your student(s). We look forward to meeting you and your student(s). The application will be reviewed once submitted and you will be contacted to set up an appointment with the appropriate school. At this appointment you will meet with the school principal or counselor, have a tour of the school and complete any remaining necessary information. We expect the system upgrade to be finalized at the end of June, and we will notify families with instructions on how to continue and complete the enrollment process at that time.
