New Student Enrollment: Account Request
This form is the first step to enrolling your new student online. Complete it to request an account that you will use to log in to a secure Online Enrollment system.
Complete required fields to request an account to enroll your K-12 students.  Be sure to enter a valid email account, as your account access information will be sent to you via email after your application is submitted. 
*Note: this enrollment process is only for students K-12.  If you are trying to enroll a student into the 4K program, please click here.
