This form is the first step to enrolling your new student online. Complete it to request an account that you will use to log in to a secure system.
Complete required fields to request an account to enroll your students. ***No applications will be processed without the required documents* If you need us to TREx (request) the records from another public school district in Texas we can do that, but we still require permission first.
