This form is the first step to enrolling your new student online. Complete it to request an account that you will use to log in to a secure system.
Complete required fields to request an account to enroll/register your students. Please have all information, registration documents and immunization records available to upload before you begin registration. Registration documents and Immunization Records will need to be uploaded digitally (instructions in Documents section of registration process).
