This form is the first step to enrolling your new student online. Complete it to request an account that you will use to log in to a secure system.
IMPORTANT: This enrollment application is for NEW to LWISD students only. If your students has ever attended any Lake Worth School for any grade level, including Pre-K, contact the campus directly to activate returning student registration. Answer the questions to progress through the application form. Click 'Save and Continue to Fill Out Application' to save your progress and stay on this screen. Click 'Save and go to Summary Page' to save your progress and return to the summary page. Click 'Leave WITHOUT Saving' to return to the summary page without saving. Enrollment online does NOT COMPLETE the registration process. Enrollment is NOT COMPLETE until all required documents have been uploaded or submitted to your campus to finalize the registration process.
