This form is the first step to enrolling your new student online. Complete it to request an account that you will use to log in to a secure system.
Complete required fields to request an account to enroll your student(s). ALL CAPITAL LETTERS must be used when completing the information, otherwise the application will be denied. In this step, we will gather information about your student so that we can build their school record in our Skyward system. Once this process is complete, you will receive an email with username and password to complete the enrollment process.
