This form is the first step to enrolling your new student online. Complete it to request an account that you will use to log in to a secure system.
Kindergarten/New Student Registration for 2024 – 2025 will open at 8:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 1, 2024. Any applications submitted before the above date and time will be processed for the current year. Welcome to Moon Area School District. Please complete the following to request a Pre-Registration Skyward account which will allow you to enroll your students online. Once all requirements are fulfilled and the student is accepted, a regular Skyward account will be emailed to you. If you are a returning family, please use the Pre-registration link in Family Access. For assistance with Family Access, use the Skyward Request for Assistance form on www.moonarea.net. New students must meet the following registration requirement to have an application processed: Children must be five years of age before September 1 to be eligible for entry into Kindergarten Children must be six years of age before September 1 to be eligible for entry into first grade Incoming students who are seven and older will be placed in the appropriate grade level based on age and prior educational experience. All children must be residents of Moon Township or Crescent Township By submitting this account request form, I understand the registration requirements above, and my child meets the applicable criteria.
