New Student Enrollment: Account Request
This form is the first step to enrolling your new student online. Complete it to request an account that you will use to log in to a secure Online Enrollment system.
-You already have children enrolled in Mooresville Schools. If you are adding a new kindergarten or older student in your household, please complete the New Student Online Enrollment Tab in Family Access. This will save you steps and keep all of your students' information connected to your parent login. Click HERE for Family Access.
-You want to transfer your student from one elementary school to another within Mooresville Schools. Please call your child's current school for this situation. 
-Your child has been previously enrolled at Mooresville. We will need to connect their previous profile with their new enrollment. Please email to start re-enrollment. 
***IMPORTANT NOTE: You may include required paperwork (immunization records, birth certificate, etc.) in this file as well. You’ll be contacted by your child’s school when your application is approved or if additional paperwork is needed. Please visit for additional information about the start of school.
