New Student Enrollment: Account Request

This form is the first step to enrolling your new student online. Complete it to request an account that you will use to log in to a secure Online Enrollment system.
Prior to enrollment, YOU MUST have consulted with enrollment personnel. If you have not, contact the school at Main Office: (575) 338-4653 *Please do not use this site to register a student who currently attends school at the district or online. Once you have contacted the district, complete the required fields to request an account to enroll your student(s).
