This form is the first step to enrolling your new student online. Complete it to request an account that you will use to log in to a secure system.
Complete the required fields to request an account to enroll your New Students. *Required fields have an next to them. You will create a login and receive a password. Please make note of this information.** If you have an active Family Access account, due to other children, (siblings), actively enrolled in the MSD of Martinsville, skip this step and log in to your Family Access account. New Student Online Enrollment is available to you through Family Access. If your student is currently enrolled in the MSD of Martinsville, you do not need to fill out a new enrollment form for that student. Registration for currently enrolled students for an upcoming school year is completed through the RSVP tab in Family Access. The RSVP process opens in the summer.
