This form is the first step to enrolling your new student online. Complete it to request an account that you will use to log in to a secure Online Enrollment system.
Complete required fields to request an account to enroll your student(s). Please note: this is ONLY for students whose families are NEW to the district or for students who have attended Oak Hill in the past but are not currently attending. This is NOT for students who are currently attending or have other household members that are current students in the district.
