This form is the first step to enrolling your new student online. Complete it to request an account that you will use to log in to a secure system.
Enrollment at OPRFHS is restricted to residents of Oak Park and River Forest only. This form must be completed by the Parent/Guardian with whom the student currently resides and will be residing with during the 2024-25 school year. If you feel you cannot complete this form and provide the required residency documentation due to special circumstances (i.e. temporary living arrangement due to loss of housing), or have any other questions, please contact the Registrar’s Office at registrar@oprfhs.org for guidance. You will receive a “Complete Student Enrollment” email after submitting your Account Request.
