This form is the first step to enrolling your new student online. Complete it to request an account that you will use to log in to a secure system.
Please complete required fields to request an account to enroll your students. You will receive an confirmation email and an opportunity to change you password. NOTE: You will be to view but will not be able to change some form data. Some examples; you will not be able to change addresses – physical proof of residency is required, you will not be able to change a student’s name – names are tied to Birth Certificates, you will not be able to change Grade Level – we mass change grade levels after we have finished all required state and federal reports for the previous school year. Completing these forms will not register your child, it just begins the registration process. In person documents such as residency, permission for treatment forms and must be done during the designated registration days/times. If completing this form after summer registration dates, please visit the appropriate school office for the complete registration packet and to show required documents. Resource and technology fees are also due at the time of registration ($95/student)-this payment can be made with cash, check or credit card (3% service fee will apply).
