New Student Enrollment: Account Request

This form is the first step to enrolling your new student online. Complete it to request an account that you will use to log in to a secure Online Enrollment system.
Welcome to Saint Thomas Aquinas Online Enrollment Portal, a streamlined process that allows you to complete, review and save the enrollment documents using the Skyward Family Access portal. After completing an Account Request form, you'll receive an email that contains a login and password along with a link that you’ll use to complete the enrollment process. After an enrollment application is submitted, any changes to parent/student information will need to be completed through the Main Office.
