New Student Enrollment: Account Request

This form is the first step to enrolling your new student online. Complete it to request an account that you will use to log in to a secure Online Enrollment system.
Complete required fields to request an account to enroll your student. Please pay attention to the DISTRIBUTE DEMOGRAPHIC PERMISSION boxes. To have your student’s picture in a yearbook, shared on social media or with the local newspaper these will need to be checked to yes. IF you DO NOT want this shared, you must check NO. The AUP box must be checked for students to have access to computers during the school day. If your student is eligible for special education services and has a current IEP, please complete the new student enrollment then contact your school directly so records can be requested promptly.
