New Student Enrollment: Account Request

This form is the first step to enrolling your new student online. Complete it to request an account that you will use to log in to a secure Online Enrollment system.
New Student registration is open for the 2025-2026 & 2026-2027 School Year Out-of-district students must have be approved for open enrollment. https://dpi.wi.gov/open-enrollment Public School Open Enrollment for the 2026-2027 school year is February 2, 2026-April 30, 2026 at 4:00pm Please visit the following website to check if you are in Union Grove School District boundaries: http://wisconsin.hometownlocator.com/schools/sorted-by-county,n,racine.cfm Complete the required fields to request an account to enroll your students with a valid email address. Go to your email account after submitting this application to get a New Student Enrollment portal link, user name and password. All 2026/2027 School Year applications will be reviewed, but not processed until July. You will receive an email once it has been processed. Please be sure to upload proof of residency and birth certificate or stop by the school office, as applications will not be processed without them. Families will be contacted in June to set up screening for new students going into Kindergarten.
