Complete required fields to request an account to enroll your student(s). Your family must reside in Michigan in order to enroll with Uplift Michigan Online School (UMOS). For more information on Eligibility Requirements (such as age requirements), please review the eligibility requirements on our website at https://www.uplift-mi.org/eligibility/. Do you already have a student enrolled with Uplift? If so, please login to your Family Access account using firstname.lastname and the password assigned to you. Additional students can be enrolled by selecting the New Student Registration option in Family Access. If you are unsure of your credentials, please reach out to registrar@uplift-mi.org.
