New Student Enrollment: Account Request

This form is the first step to enrolling your new student online. Complete it to request an account that you will use to log in to a secure Online Enrollment system.
Please complete the required fields to request an account to access the New Student Online Enrollment (NSOE) Portal. Once the information below has been submitted, you will receive an email with your account information. For this reason you need a valid email address entered. Once you receive the email, you will then be given a link to access the login page for the NSOE Portal. If you have any questions you can contact the District Office at 715-253-2213.
