This form is the first step to enrolling your new student online. Complete it to request an account that you will use to log in to a secure Online Enrollment system.
Complete required fields to request a Skyward Family Access account to enroll your student(s). Please be sure to enter a valid email address, as this is how you will receive account information once you have completed the enrollment process. IF YOU ARE ENROLLING BIRTH TO 3 PLEASE SELECT 00 AS YOUR CHILD’S GRADE. *IF YOU ARE ATTEMPTING TO ENROLL A PRE-K STUDENT, PLEASE CONTACT THE SCHOOL TO SET UP A SCREENING APPOINTMENT. YOUR STUDENT MUST BE SCREENED AND ACCEPTED INTO THE PROGRAM BEFORE YOU CAN COMPLETE A REGISTRATION APPLICATION.
