This form is the first step to enrolling your new student online. Complete it to request an account that you will use to log in to a secure system.
This application is for NEW FAMILIES seeking to enroll NEW STUDENTS to the system only. If you are a CURRENT FAMILY and need to add a NEW STUDENT, please complete the application found in Skyward Family Access under the New Student Online Enrollment Tab. To qualify for admission into our P3 program, your child must turn 3 years old on or before September 1st of the enrollment year your are applying for, and be fully potty trained to be considered for enrollment. Similarly, for our kindergarten programs (K4 and K5), children must turn 4 years old for K4 and 5 years old for K5 on or before September 1st of the enrollment year.
