New Student Enrollment: Account Request
This form is the first step to enrolling your new student online. Complete it to request an account that you will use to log in to a secure Online Enrollment system.
This application is for NEW FAMILIES seeking to enroll NEW STUDENTS to the system only. If you are a CURRENT FAMILY and need to add a NEW STUDENT, please complete the application found in Skyward Family Access under the New Student Tab.
 
Complete required fields to request an account to enroll your students.
 
Materials Needed to Complete the Application:
PDF Copies of (at least) Previous Year's Report Cards
PDF Copies of an Individualized Education Plans (IEP), or Service Plans (if applicable)
PDF Copies of Standardized Testing 
Enter the name of the legal parent/guardian of the student you want to enroll
Guardian contact information
Complete the security dialog
